King room was clean and very nice for the price. We enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast started at 6 but we left at 5:30. Check in staff was very pleasant! Bed was so comfy.
It's very rare for me to be able to find a hotel where the beds are not all worn out and hard to sleep on, I slept just like I would at home. And my daughter loved how the pool stayed open a little later then most and the breakfast was great! The make your own waffles section is by far my favorite. And to top it off any staff I had the pleasure of dealing with was very nice and helpful. Management was so pleasant and inviting I didn't feel rushed off or pushed aside or like I was a bother at all. Which is very nice I must say not a lot of hotels in the area have great staff as iv found best Western has
Best hotel in town. Its located right next to the airport and the hospital. There is free breakfast every morning and a pool to relax in. Staff is very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help me. With premium paramount subscription, there's plenty of movies and TV shows to watch while relaxing in the room. Rooms are spacious and clean. Argan oil toiletries are a plus. Plenty of free parking. Great value for your money. Plus as a Best Western memder you earn points for every night you stay. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Bemidji i'm will be returning here myself for any other stays. ...and I have!
Room was comfortable and clean . Only downfall was the breakfast in the morning. Wasn’t that good. Had to go to a restaurant to eat breakfast.
The staff at this location was more hospitable and helpful than most hotels I’ve been to. They all went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay, especially the woman on the night staff (I can’t remember her name) she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend staying here
Good room at a reasonable price. Convenient location to go back and forth to the fairgrounds for the dog show. A very likeable breakfast was available each day.
Wonderful stay! Hotel staff was super friendly. Upgraded our room. Gave us water bottles and some snacks since we were reward members. Room was really clean and modern. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Place was quiet. We used the hot tub. We had a room by the parking lot so that was a little loud in the morning, but that happens at all hotels. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
I don’t typically stay at best western but all of the staff was so courteous. It was so above and beyond what I would expect staying here. Forgot my room key? No problem.. happens all the time. I was met with good mornings and good nights and smiling helpful faces during my stay. Great people.
